Cancellation & Refund Policy

Orders may be cancelled before payment and through Track Order until the status changes to Shopping.

For an accepted paid cancellation, we aim to initiate the refund within 4 business days. Bank processing times may vary.

This policy does not exclude or limit rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
